Two things to be aware of that we found odd: 1) They want you to pay for your stay up front, as soon as you arrive, without seeing the room. 2) They ask that you leave your room card key at the front desk when you leave, “for security reasons”. Strangely when you come back from being out, you just provide your room number and they give you the key. No ID required! System does not seem safe at all. We dealt with three front desk...

Then the next morning the Concierge asked for more ‘City Fees and taxes of another 29 Euros. No time to argue car waiting for me to go to airport. I refused to pay it and left. Check those fees I think I was charged 2x for the same thing. "
