"Beautifully renovated chateau, combining a thoughtful mixtiure of period features with modern touch. Our room was lovely but rather compact (we only stayed 2 nights so that was fine). We had views of front garden (impressive cedars). Super vista from the terrace and a great outdoor pool. Breakfast was very good but pricey 24€ pp.daily, served in the pavilion accessed by an underground passage. Reception staff were super helpful. "

"The Chateau is lovely and an experience in and of itself. The grounds and views were gorgeous. The rooms are beautifully updated and comfortable. "The hotel was very nice located in a very small and quiet town. So if you like a quiet place to stay, away from the city, this is the place for you. The staff at the hotel was excellent. When they heard we were going on a hot air balloon at sunrise on a cool morning, they offered us jackets to use. In addition, we had a problem with our rental car and they helped us translate with the car repair service person who came to help us. They really went out of their way to make our stay a memorable...

"Hôtel is in a great location for exploring Ambroise. Staff very obliging and rooms brand new, clean and comfortable. However as there was no air conditioning every room had their windows wide open day and night. Outside almost finished so still a few building noises and garden improvements to be made and for this reason we didn’t use the small swimming pool available."
