"We have never seen a place like that. AVOID IT !!! They did not inform us that we had to do a check in before 12am to get the key outside - none was there when we arrived at 1am, no emergency c on tact available and the worst was that we could access the establishment (which is supposed to be closed after 10pm). We had to take the road again without being able to sleep in the two rooms we paid. Worst service ever! And for those sleeping in establishment, this is so unsafe ! "

"The property where we stayed was very unclean and lots of dust under the beds. As we arrived to our room, there was an incident where a person was thrown out of the room. She was shouting and the police arrived afterwards. For the whole stay, we didn’t had internet, it was very poor Wi-Fi, we had to go the reception and report it but they kept giving us lots of papers for the Wi-Fi which still didn’t work. Also the bathtub was blocked through out, we reported it but it wasnt a quick repair...

"This hotel is likely only for people to pull off the highway to sleep. The non-smoking room smelled like smoke so much I felt like I had breathed in a pack of smokes after a night. As it was only self check in after 10 I didn't have a way to switch rooms. The eco-friendly toiletries advertised when booking means sketchy pink soap in a dispenser that looks very chemical as the only toiletry provided and dispenser barely worked. Shower and toilet was all in a room the size of an airplane bathroom....

"The accommodation was very good. The restaurant was expensive and the waiters inflexible. When we asked for a vegetarian option we were told the meat would be taken off the dish and more vegetables added! We had to send back the first plate of pork because we couldn't cut into it - neither could the waiter!"
