"Absolutely loved this property! The check in staff was very friendly, location is right by the Roma Terminal. Very convenient. Hotel has lots of amenities and the room was clean, beds comfy, I have no complaints. Will definitely be back again!"

"Spacious room for family of 4. Convenient location with lots of eateries and some shopping close by. Happy stay with daily housekeeping and supplies, Lots of water, juice, drinks, snacks at no extra charge. Shared ice machine available. Gym and laundry, usb charging ports handy. Friendly helpful staff. Only downsides: smelly fridge in our room probably not cold enough, leaky shower due to 100% not watertight door seal, high tub to shower in (no issue for able ones like us), no non slip in tub. Thoroughly recommend this hotel. Would stay again"

"I have to say I was pleased with my stay. I was surrounded by many choices to eat and shop the train station is no more than a 5 minutes walk taxis everywhere. The hotel staff was very professional and accommodating. They were very kind to help me find my way around the city. I will be returning to the Augusta Lucilla Palace in the near future. "
