Laurel Pet-friendly Hotel

"So I went into this stay with the proper expectations and it was a great stay. It’s a vintage hotel that’s a unique stay in downtown Billings. Always like to look for those unique places when on the road. It had everything you NEED for a nights stay at a good price. Downstairs rooms are direct access to the inner parking lot and there are rooms upstairs accessed thru the lobby. I would stay again if in the area. "

"Riversage is near downtown and very close to both of Billings' hospitals. I was having surgery so we stayed here the night before my operation. Checking in was quick and easy. I actually forgot my credit card on the counter, but when we called, they had found it and kept it for me. They made me show my ID when I came back to get it, which was nice, because that demonstrates a good sense of security. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is standard hotel fare, but it's done well and they obviously take pride in their work. We checked out later in the morning, so I had some interactions with the cleaning crew on our floor, and they were extremely friendly and helpful as well. "

"The "About Laurel MT" Laminated Page left on the bed was full of typos and poorly structured sentences, so I brought it to the front desk and pointed them all out to the staff there."
