The free parking was great with easy uber to the strip. The shower didn’t work well, and I think we were put in an ADA room with short furniture! It was easy on and off the freeway which was great!

The room was decent, nice to have a kitchenette & the valet/ bell staff were very friendly however there was a dirty towel in the closet, you are not able to use the balcony & no house keeping for 2 days. The front desk staff was not very friendly and the resort fees are stupid & expensive especially in the winter when the pool is closed, no hot tub..

Palms Place is a nice, less expensive option at the end of the strip. There’s a mix of owned condos and rooms for guests. I stayed there in 2012 when it was fairly new and it was impressive at that time. Now, it just needs to be updated. It’s pretty clean. The kitchen in the room is a nice amenity. The room with the strip view was nice enough. I didn’t feel unsafe. It’s also nice to be able to walk straight to the Palms Casino as well. There are many luxurious cars parked by the valet daily.

check in experience is not pleasant, according to rules, guests can check in after 3pm, we arrived around 6:30pm, but one of our rooms is still not ready to check in yet, hose keeping hasn't done cleaning, I have to wait about additional 30 - 40 mins in lobby. I understand it's holiday seasons, so hotels might be busy, but this should not be considered as an excuse.
