Fully Equipped - 3 Bedroom Vacation Retreat With Pool

Our home is fully equipped with all that you will need and close to shopping, restaurants, golf and much more. If you prefer you can relax by the pool in the sun or under the patio cover in the shade. We have 3 bedrooms - The master with it's own bathroom has a queen size bed and the second room with a queen bed and the third bedroom has twin beds. All three rooms have their own TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all that you would need for any gathering. Also, the pool is not heated.

Great place to stay!
The house was more than we could ask for. It was super clean, very well stocked, Check in and check out super easy! The host was very accommodating. The backyard in pool is like an Oasis! We would definitely stay here again It made it feel like home!

Awesome!

Pleasant stay
A very nice property in a quiet, safe feeling neighborhood. The garage made us feel much more secure about parking our vehicle for the night. Only reason for less than 5 stars is that the cleaning crew didn't do a proper job on the bathrooms or kitchen sink. Would still stay at one of these properties again though.

Love Las Vegas
Was a first time trip for my family ( 2 adults & 3 teenagers). The house was set up perfect for families. It was too cold for us to use the pool but REALLY wanted to jump in ;-). Benjamin was really great, meeting us there and walking us through everything. Close enough to downtown to enjoy it but far enough away to feel safe to let the teenagers out after dark alone.

Talk about a home away from home, this is it! We spent the majority of our vacation here!! Kitchen well stocked for all your cooking needs, gas grill in back yard and pool floats for the pool. Was in Vegas 4 days and only on the strip 2 days for a total of 10 hours. Loved the peace and quiet of the neighbor hood and just relaxing in and around the pool.

Felt Like Home
We stayed in this home for one week and could have easily spent another week in the area. The home was well equipped and had all the accommodations for our family. It was comfortable, convenient and very warm and inviting. It was also close to everything and we loved the easy access to the highway for our daily adventures in Nevada, Utah, California. We hope to come back again soon!

Nesting staycation!
This year we spent our time hanging out with friends and family while preparing my oldest daughter for motherhood. We ate and washed clothes, unboxed baby items and just had a nice staycation away from our everyday life! It’s always a pleasure and the property is nice as well as the property owner. I’m sure we will be back next years. This is our 2nd year in a row being able to enjoy this property!

Wonderful home
Our trip to Vegas was perfect while staying in this home. The outdoor space was perfect for our puppies. We had five adults in the house and everyone was comfortable. The large dining room table was host to many family games and events. The location was great, grocery and shopping were close and we were just twenty minutes from anywhere we wanted to go, hiking, the strip, etc. we had a wonderful stay here and would definitely stay again.

Above and beyond
Debbie was quick to respond prior to our trip which was for a bowling tournament. 5 adults stayed and it was perfect for all of us. The house was beautiful and as 2 of us arrived early, her grandson got the home ready and allowed us to check in early that day. He walked us through everything and made sure we were comfortable before he left. I would definitely stay there again! It made our 1st trip to Vegas amazing!

Very comfy residence!
Pretty much all the amenities one could want. Only two tiny little nuisances: (1) the kitchen has plenty of pans but only one pot, and (2) the weekly pool service never materialized. Other than that - excellent at a very reasonable rate.

Great Vegas Get-Away!
We stayed here for three days on our way to California for the rest of the week. It was a great location, grocery store and restaurants nearby, easy to find and easy to access the interstate. The house was very comfortable, though it could have used a little more cleaning. The kitchen was well-equipped and the bathrooms nice, it was great to have both an indoor and outdoor eating area. The star of the show was the backyard pool! The kids (and adults) spent hours in the back yard, swimming and sunning. We really loved our stay here and hope to return again soon!
