Host definitely cares about making their guest stays comfortable! Everything was clean, well stocked and in good shape. The living room is perfect for watching movies with the family. Everyone had a reclining seat!

Annual February trip to escape the winter blues with best friends...this is a great place to stay if you're not one for the typical Vegas trip. Conveniently located to great restaurants, museums and local sights/experiences.

Perfect Place!

This house was awesome! Plenty of space (very clean), and just a short drive to anywhere in Vegas we wanted to go. Patrick is awesome! Our departing flight was canceled and we had to stay an extra night. Patrick made it easy for us. We will definitely stay again!!

Great stay

My friends and I enjoyed our stay. The location was great for a variety of activities including going to the strip, airport and hiking at red rock. We made brunch every morning as well. It was nice to have enough bedrooms for five people. Great value.

October stay

Home was a good fit for my group, close to the convention center, check in and out was easy enough. We attended an automobile auction and NASCAR. The home was a nice retreat from the busyness of the day.

Incredible experience.

Im an American with a beautiful Belarusian wife. We wanted to stay somewhere quant and near the strip as I wanted to show her a good time since it was her first timein the city. This stay was excellent and allowed us to not only explore the city but our own sensibilities. I would recommend this stay.

Clean and comfortable home

We were very comfortable staying at this home. The beds were comfortable. It had everything we needed for cooking meals. Comfortable living room to enjoy movies. Close to the strip for short ride to concert. Safe, quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for accommodating us.

Clean place

The owner is an excellent communicator and quick to respond. The place was clean and the location was very good for where we needed to go. Backyard wasn't great, had a dirty bbq and bbq utensils, worn out, strained and torn chairs. However, we did not use the backyard so it wasn't really important to us. Overall, we appreciated staying here!

Quick response. Helpful. The place was very clean, cozy, and in a quiet neighborhood. On the last day we were there, I discovered this place was close to Chinatown. I wish I had known that earlier; I would eat there all the time. Where I live, Asian stuff isn't close by.

Excellent property and host

We were a group of 4 older gents on a buddies golf holiday and stayed 6 nights. The property is just as pictured, maybe not quite as bright as the photos, but very clean and comfortable. Every bedroom had a TV! The kitchen was well-stocked, even with lots of coffee (unusual for a VRBO) and dishwashing pods. Wifi was good. We didn't use washer/dryer but they looked in good condition. Big garage. The location is great, only 10 minutes drive from the strip, and minutes away from lots of restaurants and fast food. Mariana's Supermarket is also close by. Patrick the host was very responsive to all queries. I've stayed at lots of VRBOs and this was one of the best. Highly recommended. Thanks, Patrick!
