Never saw the condo in person. Host cancelled on us with less than 24 hr notice! We had to scramble to find an alternative place to stay for our family on a Holiday weekend in Las Vegas. Fill in the blanks here… VRBO support was terrible. Most stressful vacation ever!

Quiet and clean
Place was nice easy to get to and definitely quiet. No gates at the exit/entrance to the property driveways. Not that big of a deal but would have felt a bit more secure if it did have a gate at those two locations. About 1 1/2 miles from the Rio Hotel. Pretty convenient location to the Strip as well.

Clean and convenient location
Overall a nice, clean and comfortable stay. Within 10-15 mins to everywhere we needed to go. Walmart and CVS close by as well. Kid friendly place. Communication with the host was great and responses were quick.

Have nothing but positive things to say! Parking is steps away from condo door, super clean, had everything we needed for our 5 nights stay. Minutes away from the Vegas strip. The owners were super attentive to our needs!! I highly recommend this condo.

The unit was very clean, well maintained. Communication was excellent throughout. Only 10 mins to the strip by Uber, 10 mins away from nearest Walmart. Overall a great stay!

The place was great. Many good restaurants close by and a 5 minute drive to the strip. Beds were super comfy, Well equipped kitchen, parking 20 ft from the door...Will definitely book again

Beware.
The property itself is fine. The condo is nice and easy to access. If you have any issues however and you try to contact the owner of the unit, you will find that the owner is not honest and not helpful. I’m sure there are other units in the area where the owner would not make things so difficult on people renting the their unit. If you have another choice for a unit, do that one, not this one through Kimberly.

Roomy, clean, easy access, great location
Spotless place with lots of space and easy to get to going to and from the strip especially with this unit being right off the street and not having to drive through an apartment complex. Uber rides were $15-19 to the strip. Only room for improvement Adding some checkout instructions. If they exist I didn’t see them. We just did the normal start the dishwasher and take out the trash. There were some things left behind in the laundry room from prior renters or the cleaners but not a big deal. overall wonderful place and I would stay there again
