When we checked in, we found that our room had not been cleaned properly. There was trash and dishes scattered everywhere, the bed was unmade, and the bathroom was dirty—overall, it was not ready for us. The staff cleaned the room quickly while we were waiting inside, which took about an hour. However, they did accommodate us with an extra hour for check-out. Aside from that, everything else was excellent.

Perfect gateway
This was by far one of the best bookings! Perfect view, loved the balcony!!! Room was great had a lot of things to offer and jacuzzi was a plus!! Check in and out was great and valet parking was the icing on the cake!! Def would book again and recommend to anyone

Valet and staff were friendly and make the check in/out process seamless, even upon a late night arrival. The room was clean, plenty of space and a great flowing layout! 👌
