"Certains points sont a revoir comme la communication, le propriétaire est difficilement joignable. Il manque une cafetière au logement qui serait un plus. Il faudrait également identifier les clés car c'est compliqué de retrouver chaque clés pour chaque serrure (5 clés pour arriver jusqu'au logement). Emplacement très appréciable au centre de Menton."

"My husband and I and another couple stayed 4 nights in this property. It was a great location, with easy access to the train station and of course many restaurants, shops, bakeries. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Roxanne was wonderful and so very helpful! She made sure we were happy and comfortable! A bonus was the elevator…which we took full advantage of. Roxanne sent us many recommendations and clearly went out of her way to be an excellent host! We had fun talking to...

"We had a lovely stay at this property - two adults with one teen. Great location for us close to the train station and not far from the sea front. Shop right across the road which was perfect. Good restaurant at the end of the street on the corner which we ate at twice and would recommend. Accommodation was very flexible and felt like home, and we had everything we needed. "Spent 5 days here in mid October. Location is perfect ....and apartment as well, A 2 minute walk to the Promenade... and steps from restaurants,shops,bakeries. Elevatorand a lovely,large terrace accessible from either the living area or the bedroom.Very clean. Communication with Roxanne from check-in to check-out was easy. She met us at the entrance to the apt., gave an overview of the area, how to operate the washing machine,dishwasher etc. And answered questions that arose promptly. Planning...

"Absolutely fabulous location with a wonderful view. We loved sitting in the living room looking out to sea and watching all the comings and goings on the Promenade. We were on holiday as 2 couples, so it was great to have 2 bathrooms. The single mattresses in the 2nd bedroom were a bit soft for us as adults but we understand that this will be changed soon. Frances was great and provided some very helpful tips for activities, restaurants and excursions. Overall, a wonderful stay!"

"What a nice surprise it was to rent this apartment! We were a group of four and enjoyed having lunch and dinner in the apartment every day, especially since the weather was so-so. The dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer were greatly appreciated. The kitchen is as well-equipped as one at home, and everything necessary for our stay was provided, allowing us to travel light. The location was fantastic, with everything accessible by foot. The region is amazing, and being situated between Italy...

"The flat is centrally located, just behind the tourist information centre in Menton. The host, Alessandra, very friendly, supportive and helpful lady. The only drawback is that there is no lift in the building.. We had lovely time in Menton. Wish to visit again and stay at the same flat in near future. "
