"We got to Big Bear around noon and we were able to check in early. The personnel was really nice and gave us a few options for switching to a cabin as well. Our room was recently remodelled and has a modern feel to it. The room was clean and plenty space for a family of 4. The property was next to the lake and has a really good view. I would definitely stay again in the future."

"FRONT DESK WAS FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING WHEN I ASKED TO HAVE MY ROOM CHANGED FROM 2 QUEEN BEDS TO A KING SIZE BED. TELEVISIONS NEED UPGRADING ALONG WITH THE REMOTE CONTROLS FOR THE TELEVISION. OVERALL GOOD HOTEL. "
