I stayed here for a bridal shower that was happening in one of the event spaces the next day. The hotel is super cute and modern. Everything was great except that we were on the third floor and anytime there was movement above up, all we heard was extremely loud footsteps and squeaking that even shook our bed. It happened all throughout the night. I was in room 316, so I’m not sure if it’s the same for everyone and it makes sense for the building it’s in, but I would double check that before booking because it did disturb our sleep quite a bit. Other than that, it was clean, cute, and very easy to stay.

This is a hidden gem for sure. I could appreciate the revitalization of a forgotten industrial complex. Close by food, staff was nice, shower was hot. Only negative, and not really a negative, was the TV is a bit small for the room I had considering the distance away from the bed. I would stay here again.

I love to stay at independent and boutique hotels and I am glad I chose the Cork Factory Hotel. I was so fascinated by its history and beautiful conversion. The rooms were very spacious with tall ceilings, and the lobby area had such cozy and welcoming ambience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lancaster, PA.

My stay was very brief, but the staff was all very nice and they even worked to resolve an issue that was actually Expedia’s fault. The room was clean and had everything that I needed. I also appreciated that they had coffee in the morning in the lobby.

There was no hot water the morning we stayed there. Apparently none of the rooms had hot water. And the temperature in the room was sweltering. Would not go below 78 degrees, even though the thermostat was set to 63. This was February. Incredibly frustrating stay for my family, despite the building being beautiful.

I wish I could rate this property better but it was insanely noisy. We could clearly hear EVERYTHING in the room above. There was sound sound proofing. This meant we heard all the walking, cleaning, talking, and other things you really don’t want to hear when you’re on vacation. It woke us up several times at night and in the morning, and I don’t think the people above us were being unusually loud. I understand that the hotel wanted to expose the ceilings for the aesthetic, but it was at a great cost. There was also a wedding one of the nights we were there which was very loud. This only matters because the ballroom entrance is on the 2nd floor right next to a bunch of hotel rooms. We just wish we were put on a different floor since we were not apart of the wedding party or at least had been given some sort of warning.

We were welcomed warmly, registered and shown our room. We sat on the bed and felt a plastic box between the comforter and runner. This box should hace fallen on the floor if the comforter was changed. We immediately where given an equal room. No discount was given or upgrade offered. Will.not be returning to the hotel. I also had to leabe a credit card that was charged $50 for incidentals?? What the heck. The in room fridge was not stocked. Very weird
