"This old building has been converted to an attractive and comfortable gite, with excellent views from the garden. It's a long way up the hill so quite cool. Hard to find the right building as we did not have adequate directions. The giveaway is the owner's name on the cover for the electricity meter on the wall alongside the road. Cleaning, bedlinen and towels are extra."

"We stayed here during the heatwave that was crossing Europe. A little worried about this, in fact there was no need. The pool was perfect and no problem with it not being heated. The villa was wonderfully airy and you could get a great breeze running through it. We had a problem with a door at one point but our hosts got someone in to fix it immediately. You are 5 minutes from the local intermarche so getting provisions was dead easy. Was a wonderful holiday and would highly recommend"

"Cela pourrait s'appeler "la petite maison au bout du chemin" avec son portail bleu, sa cour verdoyante en balcon sur les monts environnants et la ferme en pierre restaurée dans le respect de l'original. Idéal pour visiter les nombreux sites alentours et une maison au confort contemporain pour profiter de la douceur du lieu. Merci à Kathy et François pour leur accueil, les conseils et leur discrétion pendant notre séjour. La Haute Loire nous a séduits et nous ne pouvions guère rêver plus agréable...

"A wonderful old Mas with beautiful views. Quiet, access to walking trials, pool onsite. Remember to stock up on the groceries as it is a drive to the nearest shop though. A lot of beautiful villages and towns within a short drive as are the famous gorges and caves. Facilities are fairly basic but there is everything you need to get by. Welcoming host. Overall a very relaxing place to spend time."

"La Magnanerie is a comfortable property that we enjoyed. The location is excellent and it is possible to see many parts of the L'Ardeche if you are adventurous. The property is clean and well-equipped. The host Jane was welcoming and is very knowledgeable about the local area. There is a road outside that is noisiest in the mornings but we were not overly disturbed. This property does have low beams in places upstairs so probably best not recommend for tall people. Otherwise a great choice."

"schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage mit eigenem Parkplatz. Fernseher funktionierte leider nicht. Wlan war vorhanden Sehr nette Gastleute die allerdings nur einen Tag da waren. Leider sprechen wir kein französisch und die Gastleute kein deutsch oder englisch"
