"Property is a newly remodeled small home bordering a wilerness "zoo". The backyard gives you large access to the white tale deer which is very nice. Everything you would need is located in the home and outside for a fun trip. You are within walking distance to a bar and grill also. Located just outside the city of Hayward. The only things that we didn’t like: bathroom is very tiny and the tap water smells and tastes of what I assume is sulpher. Owner does leave an unopened gallon of bottled...

"I was unfortunately unable to utilize my reservation to an illness to a member of the party I was going to be visiting during my stay so I had to cancel the trip. I contacted Matthew to notify him that his housekeeping crew would not need to clean the cabin after my presumed stay and he was kind enough to refund the cleaning fee from my rental. "The setting was magnificently picturesque. Loons calling, deer roaming and squirrels bustling all around. The room was small but cozy, however calling it a condominium was a stretch of the imagination. It is a basic motel room with a dorm fridge, microwave and coffee pot. Convenient but not conducive for staying more than one or two nights at most. I would stay again, but only for a short period - not a week again. "

"The house was amazing, the front room with the wood burning fireplace was perfect for our twin one-year old girls to play and be secure.
