"We had 2 families and we all had a great time. Sue was very attentive and checked on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. We were able to check in early which was amazing. House was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed being steps away from the beach. Beach is not crystal clear with white sand but it was great for fishing and everyone in our group still enjoyed the beach. Thank you for having us and I'm sure we will be back!"

"This was the perfect home to rent for my 5 grandboys. At the fun ages of 10, 5, 2.8, and twin 19month olds, this place nailed it! The large family room attached to the bedroom with (2) bunk beds and a day bed along with a pool and plenty of floating devices was the highlight for my grandboys. "Second time staying here and I'll book here from now on. Perfect in all ways but for it is 35 minutes from FSU which is both a good thing and a bad thing. Clean, in a tranquil area, right next to the river, nicely decorated, and the owner has thought of everything. It was my son's graduation, and she left goodies and a balloon and graduation cup. Super thoughtful!"
