“We stayed here for 4 nights in April 2023.The room was nice and spacious with a lovely big comfy bed and mini fridge in the cupboard. We had a problem with our hot water for a couple of nights but this was fixed after mentioning to reception. The setting of the hotel is nice with immaculate gardens but A LOT of steps to get anywhere. Our room was about halfway to the restaurant and was 116 steps down from reception! “We had a good experience from checkin to departure. The staff were friendly and very helpful but didn't hover over us. “The room was old and looked different from the impression given by the photos. However, it was well cleaned. The gas stove in the kitchen had very weak flames, and the microwave was broken. Some rooms had a musty smell or even smelled like a toilet. The location was good, with everything necessary for daily life within walking distance, making it suitable for a long-term stay.
