"Well located on the West side of the city Just a short drive to Denver area attractions and it is close to main highways. Perfect if you have your own car. Plenty of restaurants close. Clean, Quiet. Loved that they enforced the no pet, no drugs policy."

"We only stayed one night but loved the location, walk out the door and there’s all sorts of options! Morning breakfast was delicious! Loved the berry compote with yogurt and granola! Super clean and staff was friendly!"

"This is our 3rd time to Denver and we have stayed here each time! We love that it has a restaurant/bar attached! The breakfast is great! Not a fan of continental breakfast so a small upgrade when booking your room to include breakfast is worth it! "

"They say you get what you pay for BUT this place is the exception. Breakfast is excellent- fresh waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage biscuits and gravy, fruit, oatmeal juices coffee and more! Rooms are HUGE! Kitchen with full size fridge and dishwasher. All utensils and dish soap, paper towels etc. it’s like a one bedroom apartment in a reasonable rate hotel! This place is worth every.single.penny. There’s an indoor swimming pool…….i could go on and on. Did I mention it’s SO close everything gas...

"We had a very nice time during our stay at the Treehouse! The place is really well equipped in the kitchen, everything was so clean, the bed is very soft, and squish and it was a nice place to hang your hat. The furniture in the living room is very basic and not overly comfy, but you probably won't spend much time there. The homeowners have worked really hard to make their home and yard beautiful, so this is a gem in the neighborhood. The neighborhood does leave much to be desired. It's...

"We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and modern home. Loved the beautiful basement suite "

"Great location, and well appointed however there is no thermostat control. It was set to 73 which was 65 in the downstairs apartment. A small space heater was provided and I was able to borrow a larger one. Also, because there is a window a/c unit, the window does not close and lock. (As a single female traveler, this made me a little uneasy). I would stay again- albeit in warmer months!"
