「Wow. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed the care that is taken by Cindy and Daniel to make your stay as seamless as possible. From the check-in to the ease of access to anything needed to the notebook provided with all info on the house and electronics to the pantries filled as though you are at home, you will not miss a beat! I was pleasantly surprised to see how alive this neighborhood is after staying downtown for a few days. It is walkable and also a drive away from anything you could need!...

「FRAUD. THIS PLACE IS A HOUSE. DOES NOT REPRESENT WHAT IS PICTURED ON YOUR SITE IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM. IT ISN'T A HOTEL. IT IS A HOUSE IN A RESIDENTIAL AREA. CAN'T GET AHOLD OF OWNER. VM IS FULL PROBABLY WITH COMPLAINTS AND HOTELS.COM SUCKS AT REFUNDING CUSTOMERS WHO WERE LED TO THIS PLACE ONLY TO FIND IT DOESN'T IN ANY WAY REFLECT WHAT IS ON HOTELS.COM. IT IS FLAT OUT FRAUD AND I AM SUING FOR THE TEARS, FRUSTRATION, THE MONEY I HAD TO PAY WITHOUT EVEN STAYING THERE,THE GAS, EVERYTHING. 」

「This place is very cute and nestled in a quieter area outside of Denver and Boulder. The hosts were very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was good. The bathroom was also very well stocked and lots of linen in case you need to set up the sofa bed.」

「We had a very nice time during our stay at the Treehouse! The place is really well equipped in the kitchen, everything was so clean, the bed is very soft, and squish and it was a nice place to hang your hat. The furniture in the living room is very basic and not overly comfy, but you probably won't spend much time there. 「My daughter and I stayed in this basement apartment for over a week in the summer. It was nice and cool. Almost too cool at some points but just the right amount of cool at other moments. Very clean and the family above is quiet and very friendly. The apartment is huge. Lots of space. The beds are super comfortable. They are big and firm and not warped on one side or on the edges. These are nice mattresses. Just watch out for the bed frame in the first bedroom. I stubbed my shins on it more...

「Great location, and well appointed however there is no thermostat control. It was set to 73 which was 65 in the downstairs apartment. A small space heater was provided and I was able to borrow a larger one. Also, because there is a window a/c unit, the window does not close and lock. (As a single female traveler, this made me a little uneasy). I would stay again- albeit in warmer months!」
