"Perfect place for a bachelor party if you're looking to spend the majority of your time outdoors. The inside was very nice as well though there is a sign not to flush toilet paper down the only toilet in the house. One of the beds was also crammed into a closet but that was not a big deal as there was still plenty of space for the 7 of us. Overall the stay was very good and the host was timely with all of his responses, would definitely recommend to others!"

"We rented this house for the weekend because we were visiting for the Toast the Season Wine Event. This house was amazing and accommodated everything we needed for the weekend!"

"So close to Gallagher farms and the wedding we attended that this cute house also let us explore the Lelanau bike path and down town traverse city. Natural creek in the back yard was perfect to recover from a long run. The house is cute and perfect for our small family with a small doggie. The location was phenomenal and the management was w to our random concerns."

"Really enjoyed the large deck and firepit area. Ample seating in both places and eating breakfast and having coffee on the deck was fantastic! Wonderful views of the lake!"

"There is something for everyone in this lovely home. When the weather is not so great there are games to satisfy all ages. The kayaks, canoe and paddle boards were enjoyed when the weather permitted. The 5 year old in our family group thoroughly enjoyed the beach with all the beach toys while the rest of us relaxed waterside. The house itself is very comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. "The house was a perfect getaway. It's a super quiet and peaceful area. My favorite part was having my coffee on the beach every morning. The house itself is a little outdated but everything is fully functional. There's enough space for everyone to stay comfortably and not be on top of each other. We were able to be secluded in a bedroom if needed and all hangout together in the livong spaces when we wanted to. I especially loved the locking gate on the deck stairs so we could hangout on the deck...

"It was a decompression great away to de-stress. Very peaceful place enjoyed our stay. One thing that could improve is furniture couch end tables needed. Couch was uncomfortable no end tables. Snack tray’s would have helped. Other than that our stay was very pleasant. "

"Property is as photographed and described, but even BETTER! Owner pride and craftsmanship on display here, with an eye for decorating and personal seasonal touches make this such a cozy retreat. Heated floors in primary bedroom and bath such a treat as the temperature dropped, and the gas fireplace in the living room removed the chill immediately. Exceeded every expectation!"

"We had a fantastic weekend retreat wine tasting in Leelanau peninsula shopping downtown and the state hospital shops. The resort was comfortable and very accommodating with kitchen and laundry supplies, wood for the fireplace and Beach chairs, and fun games outside. The only concern we have was the traffic in the morning starting at 6:00 AM from the front road. It wasn’t ideal location for wineries and downtown Traverse City."

"We stayed with our four kids and brought the boat. The kids fished off the dock where we parked the boat during our stay. In walking distance of a grocery store, Fiddleheads breakfast/lunch spot, the Boathouse Winery, the Capital Dog (great ice cream), a True Value and even a gas station.Plenty of seating on the deck and the four queen beds (two were pull out couches) worked for our family.
