Spacious place but needs some work
Overall the place was very spacious and worked really well with my group of friends. The checkin process was easy and the host provided timely checkins. However, the water is extremely metallic and taking showers / washing your hands was not pleasant. The floorboards are uneven on the second floor and one of the chairs was missing a couple of screws so it broke as my friend took a seat. There is a nice view of the lake and the hot tub was great. If this place can make improvements with the water, then I would recommend to others.

Great location
We loved the location of this house. One minute drive to Lake Harmony, and lots of restaurant choices in the immediate area. The house was pretty much as depicted in photos. The upstairs living area and deck were perfect for hanging out together. The kitchen is well stocked and user friendly. The backyard (fire pit) was a little bit tough for the youngest and oldest guests because of the boulders. One thing that was unpleasant was the water. I imagine it is well water? Very hard, and very metallic. There was actually a pungent odor in the shower, and we weren't thrilled to bath/wash hair etc. in it. We did appreciate that the owners provided a Brita pitcher for drinking water, but the house probably needs filtration and/or water softener, especially for bathrooms and hot tub. Overall our experience was good!

Unfortunately this property was so dirty when we arrived. There was vomit dripping down the sliding glass doors leading out to the deck we had to clean as we arrived because is was so nasty to look at. The floors had soo much dirt, hair and random debris it was obviously not cleaned for some time. The bathrooms were also not cleaned; the upstairs bath had hair from the previous person still left in the shower drain and the downstairs bath still had the previous person’s loofah and shower cap. Pretty gross as it was obviously not cleaned. Also the hot tub was a huge item in the entire groups must have list when booking. A few days prior to checking in noticed the booking had now mentioned the hot tub was unavailable. I reached out to management and was told a technician was scheduled to work on it and to wait until our arrival before they could confirm it was fixed. Not only was it not fixed when we arrived but it had been clearly broken for some time. The whole exchange felt disingenuous. I would also say the pictures were quite deceiving. When you first walk into the home it so dark and very obviously a basement however the pictures make every look bright and airy.
