"Very poor customer care. I reached late in the evening , no direct phone number to call and talk. Auto check in kiosk is a waste as the details entered was not accepted . Hotel had a different number so room allocation was not done automatically . For the price of euro 99 it is not worth it . Stay away in a decent hotel. "

"The staff were very helpful from the first step inside the lobby....... Actually reading my notes that my wife doesn't like elevators and putting us 1 floor up. Then ordering a pizza for us because it was quite late after long travel day. Finally switching our ribs when the heating wasn't working in the first room. Side note the hotel was very nice also. But the staff were the best"

"Everything was clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and while it is not a particularly kid focused hotel, the kids (6 and 8) were always welcome and accomodated. Breakfast was perfect and the two dinners we had in the reataurant were excellent. It was our first stay but we are already planning to come back. The only downfall was the small bathroom sink. "
