Laguna Hotel with Pool

"The breakfast buffet was incredible. They had alot of options. The swimming pools were amazing. They had live band at night. They had a game room with fooseball/air hockey table, ps5, and xbox. The staff from the front desk to the restaurant were professional and polite. I would recommend a staycation for the family. Malls were in walking distance. We plan on going back next month. "The staff are courteous and very helpful. The breakfast is delicious. The room is good, but there are no toiletries. You have to buy then in the lobby. There is no drinking water available inside the room. You have to bring your pitcher down and ask one of the staff to bring you drinking water from their cafeteria."

"We expected better stay. Time frame for the buffet is little with few choices of food. We also expected 3 food course as stated in their site, but we only got breakfast. Their suite room is old and needed repair. They should upgrade their toiletries"

"The receptionist is very blend, the tv in the room is not working, for the 8 nights I was there. I had no tv at all, the shower is not so clean, the floor is very dusty, I knew how dusty it was, as my allergy were trigger by it. It is not the cheapest hotel in San Pablo but the closest to my family's houses. The only reason I stayed that long because my family lives nearby. I asked if I could change the tv, the lady with long hair said, they have no mechanic or electrician, I mean How hard to...

"The place offered nothing beyond standards. Though the place is clean it does not project a pleasant atmosphere. There is only one person at a time attending to guests though at that time we checked in we seem to be the only guests. Food service is not available not even drinking water was provided. The room where we stayed echos passing vehicles which was quite disturbing so that we need to transfer to another room. "

"There was no hot water, and no toilet paper provided. It was far from hot springs and the hotel staff did not have any recommendations about things to do in the area."

"The hotel is clean and staffs are so helpful and friendly. Overall, it is good place for relaxing and wind down. Only one suggestion, prepare milk stock all the time. Can’t survive without it 😊😊"
