“The property was wonderful, very clean and well stocked with everything we needed.The house itself is stunning, located in a quiet neighborhood, and the views of the marsh were beautiful.Linda and Jay (the property managers) were immediately responsive to all of our questions and addressed the minor issues very quickly.We’d love to stay here again and trust this property management group for our future vacation needs.”

“We visited Beaufort for a family wedding and selected this home to rent. Home is a little older but price fit the home. Communication with the owner was easy and check-in was effortless. I recommend this home for anyone wanting a cost efficient place to stay. ”

“The Gulls Nest was an absolute gem of a location with the beach right across the street. The place was exceptionally clean and was a very comfortable place to stay. Be sure to pay notice to the details that no linens or towels are provided. ”

“My wife, son and I enjoyed our time in this quiet home. Plenty of room to meet our needs. Just over a block from the ocean.Adequate instructions for entry and facility usage.Would rent this location again.”

“Amazing property that worked beautifully for our family of several children and adults. Great location in a nice neighborhood. Pool and spa were well maintained and were a great size. Host responded quickly to heat issues with the pool and spa on the same day the issues were reported. The only recommendation for improvement would be to increase the pots and pans and working utensils in the kitchen. Other than that, it was perfect for our family! ”

The house is so spacious & beautiful; everyone had plenty of room without feeling crowed. We loved being steps away from the beach & when it was too windy at the beach we came back and enjoyed the pool. Being within walking distance to Coligny is also an advantage. ”
