Convenient location in historic home
We stayed for a long weekend to visit family and enjoyed the spacious cozy rooms in this restored vintage home located centrally to downtown and other hiking attractions. Very comfortable and quiet except for traffic noise.

Great place Close to Town
Great older home with lots of character. Great access to the railroad running/biking path right behind the home and easy access to get into town via a quick drive or mile walk. Would stay again.

Great location and comfortable home
The house has old New England charm with modern conveniences. A well-stocked kitchen and nice bathrooms. Comfortable furniture including on the deck. Appreciated the AC units for air flow and blocking street sounds at night. The owner provides lots of information in a binder about the house and area attractions, and she was easy to communicate with. Loved the walking path a block from the home. Our family loves Wolfeboro - we’ve been going there for years all the way from WI due to family living in the area.

Great place for older teens
This is such a lovely property, with a super host in a great location - we barely used the car. Paddle boarding and kayaking locally was a big hit with our teens and adults. The local beach (a beautiful walk along the trail at the back of the house) was visited most days. Wolfeboro itself was new to us and we will be back

Spotless and very welcoming
We recently stayed here with a group of 6 adults and 4 kids and it was perfect! It was very spacious and provided every member of our family a place to be without being on top of one another! The house was spotless and equipped with many items that were helpful for our family! Sheets and towels were provided and included in booking price. This lovely home has all of the necessary modern amenities and features one would need while maintaining the character and charm of a home build in the late 1800s. The location is ideal, situated on the bike path between downtown Wolfboro where there are many shops and restaurants and crescent lake/lake wentworth! We took a quick walk down sidewalks to a quaint and delicious local breakfast restaurant named Katie’s Kitchen! The house is located close to the main road (center street) and has window AC units that kept us cold on the scorching 93 degree days. BC of the proximity to the road and the windows being ajar to accommodate the AC units, vehicle traffic outside could be heard during the early evening and early morning hours from the front “master” bedroom. This was nothing a pair of noise canceling ear buds couldn’t solve and only was bothersome to 1 very light sleeper in our crew of 10. I would not consider this a deal breaker as the house was perfect for our family and we definitely plan on staying here again next year. Just mentioning for my fellow light sleepers and would recommend choosing one of the other comfy bedrooms to sleep in! Thank you for allowing us to stay on this charming home! We were sad to leave!

Beautiful stay, great location
Older home but all of the conveniences of a modern house. Great location, close to walking paths, shopping, multiple lakes, and 1 minute drive to grocery store. Owner was quick to respond and we really enjoyed our trip!
