「This hotel is in a very good location, within a short walking distance of the beach and sea. Prior to making my reservation I called the hotels reservation centre for details to compare with Expedia. There appeared to be little difference, so I chose to make the booking via Expedia.ca. I booked the deluxe double soundproof room, with air conditioning, sea view (The Level), on the top floor of the hotel. 「Ample apartment with good facilities. No one on site. Difficult to access. You are supposed to get a form to checkin online and then you get a code to open the doors. They claimed they did not get my email and phone from Expedia. They refused to let me access my unit to connect my computer and complete the checkin. In the end we drove to thier offices and they completed the paperwork. The locks with codes are not user friendly. In the end someone arrived and let us in. 」

「I was very surprised of how great the place was for a hostel. They had the biggest and nicest shower of all the 13 places I stayed in during my 3 week vacation. The room had a complete private bathroom, a roof where you could walk around and even stretch out on chairs. There was a kitchen, gym, etc... Great place.」

「Overall a perfect stay. The apartment freshly painted including the hall and stairs clean fresh and crisp. Check in instructions were late by about 40 minutes and when we got in to the property none of the apartments were numbered. I had 2 WhatsApp numbers brother of which were answered you got a response but if was always a couple of hours latet not helpful when your stood in a corridor not knowing where your going.
