"Lived up to everything we needed. Shopping within walking distance. We were there on New Years, so a reliable restaurant was a must. Everything was clean. We were 3 adults so the room was a little crowded by North American standards, but by my limited Japan experience, it was probably pretty good "

"The hotel is amazing staff is amazing except the one who help us during check out I she wasn’t happy that she was by her self and we need help sending our luggage to our next accommodation she wasn’t smiling and noticeably irritated about the situation but besides that’s the other stuffs we’re amazing "

"The staff were very nice. The property has two locations, make sure you give the taxi the correct location. The shuttle stops quite far away and you have to walk. If you take the later shuttle you will have to find you own way back. There are a lot of taxis at the Bamboo forest. There is a great cafe called School Bus a 100 feet away. It is great food. "We booked this hotel at the last minute (with a good price, luckily). Their family room saved our day. Each person has own bed for a good night of sleep. And their breakfast buffet is delicious and affordable."
