"Overall a very good stay for family travellers. Huge hot spring area, buffet and proximity to the national park for a reasonable premium. The immediate surrounding area is walkable. To reach Kirishima Jingu and trail heads inside NP you need a car. Bus routes run only 2-4 times a day. If you have to take a bus watch out for departure times."

"Clean and excellent service. Lots of facilities within the hotel. Breakfast and Dinner were excellent. Free supper is availabe at 10-11pm."

"Hotel style property, a little larger than I expected. A bit dated. We stayed in a traditional Japanese room with futons. Overall the room was great, but the futons were the hardest, least comfortable of the trip. Meals however were excellent, and we very much enjoyed the outdoor baths."

The front desk agent went above and beyond his duties to help my guests navigate their way to the Hotel since it’s relatively new and unique. The young ladies working the morning shift were equally helpful when I needed help translating and making calls. I can’t recommend enough and would absolutely stay again because they’re affordable, super kind and close to everything. Thank you"
