"This is a 5 star property with excellent staff and service, with one major exception that loses a full star -- terrible wifi. The wifi itself is not a proper mesh network and has you rejoining each time you touch a new access point. "We opted for one of the mid-sized rooms. It was comfortable. Breakfast was actually delicious every day we stayed! Staff were friendly and greeted us. We'd stay here again. Thank you!"

"Best high rise in the Kabukicho area. Close to many bars and restaurants, gets even better when night falls. A much better view than Shibuya Sky. Room was exceptionally clean, room service is superb and the staff extremely professional and helpful. The bed was comfortable and with the view, made me not want to get up at times. "
