“This little two bedroom home was perfect for our getaway. Very clean, super well stocked and supplied, comfortable beds, quiet, neighborhood, and in walking distance to pretty much everything. We enjoyed watching the deer in the backyard every evening and heard the coyotes, but didn’t see them. Would highly recommend. ”

“The house was very clean. The lake views are amazing. The upstairs bedrooms are so beautiful. The only thing I could recommend is more exterior lighting (there was only one weak light outside the front door working) and maybe warn people that the entrance to the driveway is steep at the top and you cannot see it al all at night.”

Exterior of the property stills needs work - front yard needs mowing, weeding, walkway improvement and gravel driveway graded. The driveway into the garage and inside the garage needed cleaning. Still had construction trash not completely cleaned up. I found a broom and swept plus picked up nails. I wanted to park one vehicle in the garage as we had 3 vehicles and parking is tight.
