"The property was spotless, it was very cozy and comfortable. We know the area well we just wanted a home where family from out of town could come together with family here. The owner was super nice and the outside screened in porch was so serene and became the family gathering spot. I will definitely rent again and let all my friends know about this property. "

"We had such a great time at this lake house. The views were great from almost every room. It was very private on dead end street with a nice dock to sit on. There are two decks that have great views and everything you need for a great vacation with quiet beautiful surroundings. The house was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Will definitely stay again in the future with the family! "

"We, a grouo of 4 friends, take a trip to play Mineral Mounds golf course each October. We have stayed at this same place the last 4 years. It is a great location, very clean and we have never had a problem. Definitely recommended. "

"Very nice house. I would recommend having some instructions for gas fireplace. Remote did not turn on logs no matter what we tried.. House was very comfortable and quiet. Would definitely stay again"

"We enjoyed being so close to the lake. Enjoyed fishing, the overly friendly raccoon, and the huge groundhog that ran around. I don’t think those beds are queen size though. Probably more like fulls.. as I think stayed. "

"As soon as you open the front door, you see the beautiful view through all the windows. The back patio area is so nice. There is a grill and a smoker. Fire pit was awesome at night. We spent a lot of time outside. It is perfect, the bedrooms are beautiful and beds are so comfortable. It is nice to have the little extras too (laundry soap, spices, paper towels, etc). Our host helped us with everything we needed too. Definitely willl return. Thanks so much. "

"We really enjoyed the quiet peninsula with fabulous views of Lake Barkley. The accommodation fulfilled all of our needs — and even some that we didn’t know we needed; I.e., relaxation and “water therapy”. My husband and daughter took advantage of the hiking and history provided nearby in the Homeplace 1850’s Working Farm at the Recreation area. We had loads of space! Thank you, Lucas and staff for sharing this lovely “get away”."
