"My stay was wonderful! The staff are all so very nice and helpful. I chatted with people of all ages and I saw several family & friend groups. The room and common spaces are kept very clean. "チェックインの男の方は無愛想で、何も教えてくれない。ベッドの場所を聞くと空いてるところどこでも良いですよと言ってくれた。でも、悪い人ではなさそう。 女子専用の場所に泊まったせいか、静かだし、まあまあ綺麗。チェックアウトが、14：30というのが良く、ゆっくりできた。泊まっている人は、ほぼ外人さん。シャワーの時にバスタオルがついているのが良い。あと、ドライヤーも。スリッパはないので、自分でスリッパを持参した方がよいと思った。 また、利用したい。"

"Staff was nice but don't speak English. However it's a shared common restroom area by a few guests rooms, the room was small but okay comfortable, the lightings in the room didn't work well at all, it's hard to get service there. I wouldn't recommend this place although it's conveniently located only 18 minutes of walking to the area for the fireworks festival. The WiFi wasn't straightforward either. Not working well. There's a small elevator which helps. They seem friendly with inviting us...

"建物は古いですが、清潔感があり、快適でした。奥行きのある作りになっていて、意外に広かったです。歴史的建造物で忍者屋敷のようで、子供が喜んでいました。外国人に好まれる雰囲気。1Fのカフェ兼団欒室も自由に使わせてもらえるので、滞在者が少ないときは家一軒借りれたようなお得な気分になれます。多摩川周辺のアクセスも良い。ここは無料駐車場がないので、コインパーキングの駐車場代を気にしなければいけない点がマイナスですが、それを補う利点が多いと思います。マスターも好感の持てる優しい感じの方でした。"

"Well in short. Terrible Experience and if there is an option to give -5 -4 -3 -2 -1 0 1 2 3 4 5 then I give them -5. Not recommended at all. Try to avoid at all if you are concerned about condition and customer service. Didn't stay even One Night due to filthy living conditions and got charged for whole week. They advertised something completely different than what it is. Wasted money and the Hotel refused to refund. Avoid"

"Easy to find this place.i can heard noise when the train pass. No shampoo or soap. No prepareation- there are not enough room key and staff did not check information of guest before guest check in.
