「booked through Expedia and payable at resort option chosen, while check out time they charged more than promised by Expedia, while asked they told me that taxes extra applicable by reception, after done the payment i checked again through with expedia they told taxes included in the amount promised, later the resort voided the first transaction and again they swiped me. so its took long time to do the check out process and wrong charges done by resort as well need to be trained staffs on this...

「We stayed with family for 3 nights and booked two rooms. Nice rooms, well maintained, hot water available throughout, good complimentary breakfast and room service, responsive manager - Yuvaraj, friendly and smiling staff, great support staff responding to guests, great views from the rooms (amazing and stunning views). Three pet dogs were cute and welcoming and my daughter had a great time with them.」

「This is not a hotel, it’s a hostel. The worst place, even if you are in an emergency the reception will not answer your call. The beds are soo old and uncomfortable, we booked for two days but could not even sleep one hour first night and the acting manager promised to refund the second night as we moved to another hotel but the reservations team refused to refund us. Terrible service overall. If you are going from western countries, definitely not the hotel to book」

「It was a worst experience staying in Lumino, I was charged extra than the money I paid online. But paying that also it was a worst experience. Bed springs where gone, bathroom locks where broken, bathroom door was half broken, tv didn’t work, pathetic smell, worst staff behaviour and their body language, 6*3 bathroom size worst to the core, overall very terrible experience 」
