"My favourite hotel of my trip so far. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a train station directly beside the hotel, which made getting around very convenient. Similarly, there was a 7/11 also right beside the hotel, which was nice. The only comment I have is that there wasn’t an easily accessible microwave. You either had to go down to the store next door to heat up your food, or go down to the front desk to ask them to do it. Other than that, greatly enjoyed this hotel. Would definitely stay again! "

"We were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel is conveniently located near both Umeda Station and Osaka Station, making it easy to get around. The room was a decent size, the amenities were excellent, and the daily cleaning service was consistently great. We did have to pick up the iron and ironing board from the reception, but that was a minor inconvenience. One drawback is that the hotel has only one restaurant, which is open only for a buffet breakfast. Unfortunately, there’s no option for a non-buffet breakfast, and the restaurant is not open for lunch or dinner. We spent three nights here as a couple and were extremely satisfied overall. The front desk staff were pleasant, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. "

"Recommended by a friend. I will surely recommend to my own friends. It is clean and you will feel the Japanese culture in their aesthetics. It is also near the Kyoto Station and almost every local hotspot are accessible via taxi, bus, or by walking. Their service is of quality, from the entrance door to your room's door, you can make sure that they'll be taking care of you. I did not get to try their restaurant and the onsen, but I will for sure do it the next time I visit."

"- Great location: mall connected by skyway and underground; poor signage from subway exit (very confusing in Links building too as B1 and such doesn’t work but 2/F being best - Nice room - Weak WiFi till staff gave dedicated room wifi password - Great laundry room usage monitoring but always full as same washer/dryer - dryer weak (1.5 hour still wet hence people hoarding) - Only one tissue paper in room and none in bathroom"

"Truly enjoyed our stay here. Very clean and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is so big, it has activities like Japanese floral arrangement, tea ceremony, and activities for kids. It has amazing restaurants as well. We ate at sushi restaurant inside the hotel and we were able to use our free vouchers! "
