"The hotel is new. Fantastic! I will tell all to try this hotel. It is conveniently located. The breakfast is Japanese breakfast which is finely prepared. The fruit is extremely nice. The room is very spacious. I really wish to thank all the staff. The aircon is centralized. I understand it is due to environmental. I do not mind the slight discomfort as it provides air purifiers with act as a fan. I certainly will use again. "

"Very nice hotel, very convenient location for all sightseeing in Yokohama! Room is very clean. The breakfast buffet offers variety of food, drinks, very tasty. I really enjoyed my two-night stay and the breakfast! Staff are super friendly and tired their best to help guest despite of language barrier. They helped me to made airport bus reservation which back to HND, I greatly appreciated! I definitely will come back! Strongly recommend this hotel!"

"Shoutout to Taka for allowing us a room on the top floor after arriving late at 1am d/t a 3 hr long lineup at Haneda airport immigration the night we arrived. We missed our car rental, missed the last Minatomirai train, had to taxi but when we saw our hotel and room, we loved it. The view is peerless and the accomodations were clean and comfortable. Air purifier was low on water, but no biggie; the air purifier function still works. There were two fans that we covered during our stay because it made the room feel cold, but then again you have climate control. We loved our stay. We were never turned down for requests for extra bathroom supplies. We felt that we were cared for 100%. "
