"Friendly and helpful employees. Convenient location to a Migros nearby and frequent bus to Luzern bahnholf. Easy parking at the basement or the public garage opposite. The room is clean but a little bit small for a family with two kids. Boring continental breakfast with only boiled egg but very helpful ..."

"I and my husband only stay here for one night, so I just reserved a shared bathroom. But it's such a wonderful experience. It has a little balcony so you can smoke at there. The room is very clean!
