Great place to stay in Bonaire!!
We really enjoyed our stay at this property!! We used the pool every day and really loved the privacy of this property. The views were nice for sunset and we saw some incredible ones from the pool area. We saw little parrots flying around as well as bananaquits and hummingbirds. Lots of iguanas on the property! Did see one scorpion inside the house one night! Loved having screens in the main part of the house and the A/C was clutch in the bedrooms. It was a beautiful property but we did have some issues with cleanliness. It was addressed by the property owners to our satisfaction. This is a beautiful property and one that they’re continually doing renovations on — definitely worth booking it. You will love that outdoor space!!!!

Amazing location
The house is very charming. The outdoor area with the pool is gorgeous. Location is not far from great snorkeling beach in a quiet area. There is only air conditioning in the bedrooms. No air conditioning in the living room and kitchen area. It gets very hot and humid and uncomfortable to be there. Kitchen was superficially clean. Bad smell in the cabinets.

Spacious and comfortable home
We had a great stay. You can tell the owners care about their home and the quality and cleanliness of the villa. The ACs are cold even on 25 and the beds are super comfortable. During the day we had the house open and had a nice breeze, it was April so always a breeze. But there are ceiling fans throughout even 3 large ones on the pool patio. You can see the sea from the master bedroom, the patio and the living room. And great snorkeling is in the neighborhood. The home has great security as well- an alarm system and multiple locks per door. There is a rinse room at the driveway level, and you can lock your gear up at night.

Great place for a family vacation. Owner has put a lot of work into renovating all the bathrooms. Nice and well-maintained pool with expansive deck. Great for relaxing after a day of diving or snorkeling. Would definitely stay again.

Great location. Very nice owners. The property needs a lot of work. But I know they were planning renovations soon. I would stay there again. Even just some minor things like drains working, doors shutting and a good cleaning would make a big difference. Truly has potential and is a perfect location.

Great Outdoor space, indoor needs maintenance
The house is very confortable and has an excellent distribution for privacy if you are traveling in a group. Is located in a quiet neighborhood and you need a car to go to the beach. The space that we like the most is the outdoor space (swimming pool, gallery and barbecue) and has a very convenient room to clean and dry all the dive gear. Kitchen and laundry room is fully equipped. The indoor space needs urgent maintenance and updates. Sink in the master room was leaking, many lamps were burned (for example in the dressing room) and the fans and fan lights were not working properly. Same with the curtains, many of them were broken and you can not open them (a shame because the view of the garden and in the master bedroom is magnific). Some of the bathroom (master suite and toilet) have a continuos strong unpleasant smell and the shower arm was broken. The bed on the second room was broken and the mattress was deteriorated. In the master, the mattress was smaller then the bed.

Perfect Getaway for anyone
My wife and I came primarily to dive. We ended up adding driving around the island, doing landscape photography during the day and astro photography at night in addition to a couple dives each day. We chose to prepare our meals at the house and the kitchen was set up nicely. The pool was a great way to cool off due to the heated days. We hope to return soon.

First visit to Bonaire
House was awesome, I would recommend it. I would have one negative nickpicking thing to say. The driveway gates are wooden gates that you have open and close by hand, most other properties are electric gates. But that's just me being lazy after diving everyday. It wouldn't stop me from stay there again.

Outstanding oasis
Our family of 5 had a wonderful time. The amenities were all we needed. The pool was a pleasure and it is not far from town and next to some nice dive sites. The kitchen was fully stocked, enabling my husband to make some nice meals. You will need to stop and pick up toilet paper and paper towels as there was no more than for the first day. The alarm system worked well and the rinse room was easy for our dive gear. Next time we come back, I hope to stay here again. Thank you very much!!

Every thing was excellent. The manager met us at the airport, got us a rental car, gave us a tour of the town, took us to the house and answered all our questions about the area. The house is in a great neighborhood, close to town, there are three great dive sites close to the house. The security system was easy to use and a nice benifit. We would rent this again. Our villa was amazingl, lots of space, outdoor terrace was well equipped with very comfortable furnishings... loved the pool... only drawback was there wasn’t a beach, you would require a car to get to one of Bonaire’s beautiful beaches or to go into town which was approximately a 10-15 minute drive..very quiet location .. while equipped.. the villa manager was very good if you had any problems or questions, he was just a phone call away and very accommodating. We would highly recommend this villa, but a rental vehicle would be required .

Fantastic Trip!
My friends and I have been travelling to Bonaire for over ten years. This recent trip was no exception regarding the fun times we had especially diving. Our accommodations were no exception either as Court 17 with it's magnificent views made every sunset a delight. The layout on the exterior and interior made you feel you were staying at a luxury hotel. A huge plus was the room dedicated to equipment cleaning and storing right near the garage. I highly recommend to anyone travelling to Bonaire! Best Rich Best Rich

Nice House, But We Had a Bad Experience!
The house was comfortable. We liked having access to a washing machine and "wash out" room for dive equipment. However, we were robbed. The fence on two sides of the property is around 4 feet, is chain link and can easily be climbed. The safe we stored our valuables in was ripped out of the wall. The front gate to the property did not lock and provided easy access for vehicles to enter into the property. In addition, we had to deal with mice, which made the experience very unpleasant. It really was not a great memory for our honeymoon.

Very comfortable house. Great outdoor living space. The Owner is fabulous!
We recently returned from a two week stay in this home. 7 guests the first week and 5 the second week. The house layout of very accommodating for a variety of guests. All the bedrooms were comfortable and clean. The photos on this site are a bit dated yet give you and accurate idea of what you are renting. The local property manager was quite available and quick to replace a defective grill. With one call to the property manager, a new grill was delivered the next day and doubled as our oven!. The house is situated perfectly to enjoy the ever present "breeze" through the living and dining rooms. We enjoyed all our meals outside at a very comfortable, protected table overlooking the pool with the ocean a short distance away. The pool...we really loved the pool! Maintenance was done one day a week, all we needed to do was enjoy it. The outdoor furniture was comfortable. You will find a great selection of pots , pans, dishes and serving ware in the small, but totally functional kitchen. The large refrigerator served our needs well. Having a washer and dryer was nice as there were no extra linens or towels. The dive room was a great addition. Being able to lock up our equipment was comforting. The owner, Rose, is a dream to work with. She was quick to reply to multiple questions before we arrived and as needed during our stay. We hope this house will be available to rent when we return to Bonaire, it worked well for us. Here are a few suggestions to future renters: Stop and purchase paper goods, as you will have enough for ONE day. There was no cleaner of any type left at the house, so if that is important to you...we left behind some bleach wipes and a spray cleaner for the counters and bathrooms. We were quite pleased that mosquitoes did not seem to be as big a problem here as in previous rentals in the southern part of the island. We still used coil bracelets(left those for the future guests) and bug spray just to be safe. We saw a couple mice in the evenings while we were outside, and fortunately we had already closed up the house. They were certainly not a problem, just looking for food. The big flat screen TV was nice to have and we appreciated the variety of channels available. Thank you Rose! We hope you will get to enjoy the sunsets at your house as much as we did. We appreciate you renting out this fine house and hope to return .

Love this house!
This is our second time at this property! The location/facilities of this property are perfect for us... we are a group of divers that love the Bonaire shore diving and this villa is centrally located for all the sites we love to drive to. The rinse sink and dive locker is a very cool feature. The house itself is beautifully maintained, the kitchen is well equipped and the AC works great. When we aren't diving, we're out by the pool in the comfy loungers. The sunsets are beautiful from here!
