「I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt」

「This condo was lovely! It was central, very comfortable, modern and clean. The pool and grounds were very nice with enough comfortable lawn chairs. Upon arrival though, we waited some time while the correct property manager was found for our condo rental. 「Pros: This was a great hotel. The room was spacious with the kitchenette area/table being a great plus. Staff was always friendly and helpful and breakfast had many options. My favorite was having the cook make what I wanted. Cons: I knew about the extra "resort" charge but I didn't appreciate the additional $100 per day they hold on your credit card for "incidentals". 」
