"The Property was really Good and Amazing as usual, A Day before a Representative messaged me and Checked if i have any request and she was reminding me about breakfast, lounge time etc and was really helpful and made the stay very pleasing, the Customer representative is Kaamini Samraj, i want to send special mention for her."

"I had to change my reservation due to a family emergency. Though they didn’t have to, they graciously accommodated my request. Checkin was easy. Since my stay was shortened, they even offered me transportation to the airport. The service at lobby cafe was Great. Staff was very professional and courteous. Room was good though slightly dated."

"This was a rushed trip to see friends and family after 8 years.The hotel was recommended due to location.Greenpark hotel and its staff did not disappoint.Clean,well maintained and the staff go out of their way to help. Special mention to the cleaning lady Karpagam and Sninan at reception. Our days were busy with rushing and meeting friends in a short span of time. The highlight is the impressive breakfast buffet- the variety and yummy selection of items. Included continental and local South Indian favourites. And I love my filter coffee.I started each day with 4 cups of this. Thank you to the whole team in the Tulip restaurant for their hard work. Was a relaxed and enjoyable stay. The only downside was that the pool was under maintenance and out of use for some of our stay … but a very small blip."
