"We booked online a room for three people that includes "a large double bed and a sofa bed" but initially got a room with only two single beds. A front-desk manager tried to claim that they had a right to change room types before eventually agreeing to give us a room with three single beds instead. Despite being small, the room was clean and well-equipped, with excellent room services. The location is also very convenient."

Then When I checked in at 3pm, the usual time. they told me that they can give my request but the room will only be available at 4:30pm, NOT ACCEPTABLE!
