“The room and environment are very clean and spotless, the ice machine, which I truly appreciate. However, I noticed that the tap water has an unusual smell and taste, likely due to the pipes. We’ve had to purchase water from the convenience store. While the cost is reasonable, carrying a 2L bottle of water back every night can be quite inconvenient. I would suggest providing complimentary bottled water for guests each night of their stay, as I’ve seen other hotels offer this service. It would……

“入住過程順暢，房間整潔乾淨，空間寬敞，本次入住連續六日，每日皆提供清潔服務。搭乘電梯需刷卡，確保住宿安全。一樓大廳隨時提供飲料(免費的包含柳橙汁、綠茶、冰/熱咖啡、各式茶包)及多樣麵包。地點位於地下鐵2號出口附近，可搭乘烏丸線及東西線，交通非常便利。是一次舒適、輕鬆的住宿體驗。下次在京都的住宿會優先考慮入住。”

“Expedia didn’t mention the standard twin room type is without window but hotel website clearly stated Expedia pls state all room conditions clearly in Expedia website I ask the hotel staff why my booked room is without window on site and they tell me and I checked hotel website has stated clearly above ”
