"We had a fantastic stay at Webase Hakata Hostel! The place was spotless, with clean rooms, bathrooms, and common areas that made my stay super comfortable. "Some things to consider: Bed cubicles are cozy and private. Building is quiet. Only one bathroom (one shower, one toilet, two sinks) for men. Double that for women, as they are allowed to use the "men" bathroom also. Staff did not speak much English. About 15 minutes walk to Hakata, the closest subway/train station. Payment at the hostel is cash only. Check in required before 8 pm without previous arrangement for late arrival."

"잠귀가 예민하지 않아 편하게 쉬고 나왔습니다. 문소리가 꽤 큰편이라서 이어플러그 가지고 가시면 좋을 것 같아요. 일층에서 올라가지만 다른 일층으로 샤워실 및 세탁실을 갈 수 있습니다. 수압좋아서 샤워하기 좋았어요. 방번호를 배정받지 못해서 라인으로 연락드렸는데, 바로 이층으로 나오셔서 친절하게 응대해주셨습니다. 또 온다면 연박할정도로 좋았어요."

"Very noisy, in the middle of the night I can hear the noise of carry case, toilet water, flashing water, talking around my room all night. My private room has no window and very tiny room. I cancel the next day stay due to the noise, Theo gave me very hard time. "

"Very courteous and helpful front desk staff! Nice location, walkable to the train station, or ferry service. Clean and enjoyable!"

"The beds are comfortable. I was in the 8 person dorm room. Each bed had a full privacy curtain, an outlet, light, a small safe, two hooks and two hangers. One down note is there really wasnt anywhere to hang your towel. There was plenty of space under the bed for backpacks and suitcases. The staff is very nice! The common area is good for meeting new travelers and there is always coffee (instant) available."

"I wouldn't recommend this hostel, even though it's very new and in very clean conditions. I visited Fukuoaka during the corona virus outbreak, and as a person with Asian/Chinese descent I feel like the check-in staff were extremely unfriendly to me. Further, I was booked into the shared dormitory, which I would strongly suggest avoiding because there's around 18 people couped into one room. Would recommend another place where there's less people in a room (eg. 8 room dorm) because there are...

"The space is pretty small for 6-people room, way more smaller. It is like the smaller version of college dormitory. But it's sufficient if you're not in a hurry. Plus, its location is very close to Tenjin station. And considering the price, it's decent enough. The owner/staff (I've only seen one, not sure) of the hotel is responsive and nice. Overall, happy face! :)"

"If you want to have a bad hostel experience, this is it. They are currently under renovation so fascilities could improve. Staff was very friendly but apart from that the sheets smelled like body odor and sweat! I dont think they change the sheets! The wooden bed is made of cheap plywood as with the floor too creaking with every sligjtest movement you make. Shower took time to heat up and felt lukewarm. The sink had no hot water at all so you need to brush your teeth in freezing water! They lock...

"A great experience for a hostel/ guest-house stay. The staff was very kind. The place was kept clean. And the decor was fitting, including tatami floors in the bunk room. The breakfast was just toast, with butter and/or marmalade, but in Japan, that's a great deal at this price. I was able to sleep in as much as I wanted, as long as I dealt with the sounds of cleaning and vacuuming over the noon hour(s). The only real negative is it's location. "The apartment is well located and vonvenient - it's a 8 minute walk to the Hakata Station. It is true to description but well equipped especially thd kitchen. Thr bathroom was excellent as it's modern and thr ling bath is superb. Management was super helpful and responsive to every query andvrequest we made. Value for money. "

"Hotel is located one block away from Hakata train station. We had a large room with city veiw. The room was comfortable but, the beds were harder than we are used too in the US. Anyways, it has friendly and professional staff and excellent location with regard to train travel and shopping and dinning options. Excellent hotel!"

Love love love this hotel

"Love love love Tokyo stay and this one doesn’t disappoint. People complain about it being a short walk from the train station but seriously it’s still close. Just past a park and lots of combini near by. The rooms is so comfortable. You can get out of bed on either side. Of course the laundry machine is the highlight. They provide detergent and all instructions. They offer bag storage and overall it’s very easy and comfortable to stay there. I’d highly recommend it over something like an APA. Great fridge and microwave in the room also helpful. "
