"Tranquil hotel with ample space for relaxation throughout the property. Free car service in and out, even has a kids playroom that helped to entertain my young 15mo while my husband and I took turns for onsen. Great service and also in room dining. "

"We loved it here. The resort is amazing. The room was a good size. The view was fantastic. Close to the Yubatake, Kusatsu Gate foot bath, restaurants, and markets. They have a free shuttle to the center of town, Yubatake. Also, a shuttle to the bus stop when you go back. Plus, the free big onsen is amazing. You can also use two other hotels' onsens, but Kusatsu Onsen Hotel Resort's is the biggest and nicest. They provide a yukata for use while you're there, which is nice if you want to take pictures outside in a yukata. The staff are all super friendly and nice. We loved this place."

"The room was a decent size and nicely decorated. The staff was very attentive and responsive. Not much around at a walking distance, but if you rent a car it’s ok. I would definitely stay here again."

"I closed this hotel due to my last stay at APA Asakusa, Tokyo. The APA hotel and crew again made my trip very easy. From check-in to luggage service, the staff smiled sincerely and with very polite gestures. The room is very spacious given the superb location , I found all the amenities clean and up to date. 5 stars ? I would give it a 10. "
