This 1353 square foot, ground floor ocean view condo features a private lanai where you can sit back and enjoy ocean breezes while taking in the beautiful island views. Wonderfully decorated, yet comfortable and cozy, Poipu Sands 116 provides all the ingredients for a truly relaxing Kauai vacation. The ideal location of this condo places you just a stone's throw from Keoneloa Bay (locally known as Shipwreck Beach) and a short walk or drive to some of the South Shore’s best shopping and dining. With convenience and luxury waiting, the only thing missing in this condo is you!
Please note that this unit has sleeping arrangements for 4 guests. However, a Folding Bed(s) can be arranged to accommodate up to 2 additional guests.

Everything about our stay here was perfect. Very professional management who made every step of the process super simple. Immaculate home and grounds. Beautiful pool and BBQ area. Short walk to beach. Everything we wanted :)

Great location, and almost coastal
Whilst this apartment is well back in the complex, there's a lovely middle distance view of Shipwreck beach so you can check out the surf conditions, and it's a quick few hundred metre walk past the pool to stroll along the coastal path. A great place to feel at home - furnished like your own place A few maintanance issues with jammed bedroom screen door and a light dangling out of the ceiling. It's also good being so close to your car, since Kauai is all about walks and waterfalls!

We had a wonderful time!! Our Condo was perfect! Very neat & clean!! Had everything in the kitchen that you would need. The rooms were very spacious, the bathrooms were the same. Our view was the best! We were just steps away from the beach! Everything was perfect. When we return on our next vacation I am going to request this same condo. Thanks for helping us to have a memorable vacation!!
