The complimentary shuttle to the main town was a fantastic perk, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel boasts breathtaking views, and the breakfast was simply fantastic—plentiful, delicious, and beautifully presented. We booked three rooms, and every one of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One of the standout features was the shower—perfect water pressure and temperature, complemented by a stunning view from the bathroom into the bedroom. Every detail was thoughtfully designed for comfort and luxury. We highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return!"

"We stayed for 6 nights at this hotel. All of our trips in and around Tokyo originated from the Shinjuku station which is fairly close, about 1km from the hotel. It’s even walkable with our medium size luggage. The hotel provided us with a good base to explore the city. "

"Very good for the week we spent! Beds are very comfortable, location is best! Outside the doors are 7/11, Lawson and family Mart! There's a donkikito as well we're you can do tax free shopping. Train station is a 5 min walk too. I will def always choose this hotel as my prime location when we visit Tokyo "

"Room is pretty nice and spacious, clean and nice views. Amenities are decent, you can get the majority on the lobby. The spa is nice and big too, plenty of bath options to choose from like the soda bath, jet bath and the open air bath. The area around are perfect, you have Ariake Garden with a dedicated shortcut on 6F, plenty of food options at the food court and other floors. Plenty of shopping options too. All around good area to stay at, close to Daiba with a 5-10 min walk to the station. "

"Staff was friendly and helpful! It’s quite convenient, near Oedo Line and I felt safe walking to/from, during evening. Baths were a little busy but clean & enjoyable. Convenient hours are fantastic!"
