「Polite and amicable staff, always try to help (but not quite helpful). For instance, in a morning, I reported to the reception that the duvet at the left hand side bed was dirty. When I returned to the room in the evening, I was surprised noting that instead of replacing the dirty duvet, they just swapped it to the right hand side bed! As a whole, the furnishings in the room are dated and filthy, they need a serious attention.」
