"Bed was rock hard! It might has well have been sleeping on the floor "

"When I booked the whole room, it clearly has a tag 'private washroom' but when i get into the room, there was no private washroom rather than a common space for shower, basin and toilet and male female washroom was not separated which was very inappropriate. The hostel should remove the fake advertising of 'private washroom' with this dorm room."

"Great hostel to stay at, very lively and always something going on. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a private room which was just like a very standard hotel room. Music was loud but that is expected with it being a party hostel, and music is turned down every night at 1 anyways. Overall a very pleasant stay!"

"Hostel w private room and pool👍👍"

"Maybe it was just our room… but the bathroom ceiling was moldy and shower walls looked like they’d never been cleaned. The room smelled like mildew and there was a cockroach in it. The location is great and people were very nice but we spent as little time in the room as possible. "

"Comfortable beds and new rooms that smell and look clean. Customer service was excellent and any issues were quickly solved. I would recommend this to backpackers who wanna spend a couple nights in Ao Nang. Good location and chill atmosphere."

"really convenient location; 7 eleven next door & laundry place a few shops down; 10 min walk to the beach; really nice design & layout for the common areas; it is on the main street though so expect the common areas to have a lot of street traffic noise which is pretty loud; rooms have a lot less street traffic noise depending on if it's right by the main street or if the rooms are farther away"

"the property seems the cheapes among the others but the facility doesn't provide a common standard of hostels, the window showing the inside part with mirrors like a shop and so no curtain for the entrance part.. the noise is inside the facility cause not being defeated by any sound isolation, the window glass has only 1 layer the hostel asked me 200 Baht because I have used their bed sheet, asked for cleaning the bed sheet..this can be also asked by a hotel named Winrisa Place at the same...

"I stayed at this hostel for about 4 hours during the day instead of waiting at the airport. The shared room was nice and the bed comfortable. The Ac was on which was good. Everything thing was great. I will stay here next time at at the Phuket airport area."

"Sadly most of the staff was unfriendly (except one guy who showed us our dorm room) and not motivated to interact with residents or help (some even ignored the guests). Lots of the inventory (e.g. showers or dorm room beds) was broken and needed repair, but no one seemed to care. Also, it‘s one thing to set up strict rules, but the other thing is how you communicate them to the guests. We didn‘t feel welcomed and were happy when we finally left."

"We staid as a family of 3 at CostalEscapes in Ko Yao Noi and had a fantastic week. Boo and the team were excellent hosts. The villa and whole property has all one needs to wind down with the views just adding to the whole experience. We can highly recommend this place which is a great hub to also explore the Bay Area via day trips and want to avoid the tourist crowds. We’ll be back"

"We had an amazing stay at Andakiri Krabi! The views from our room were absolutely breathtaking, overlooking stunning landscapes that made every moment special. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay even better. The facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful pool and delicious breakfast options to start the day. The location was perfect—peaceful yet close to everything we needed. "My second visit to this hotel booking the private pool villa. My wife was rather uncomfortable for most of our stay as the air con is locked so it does not allow below 22C. Given that we paid £350 per night we weren't too happy to be uncomfortably warm. Would recommend fixing this as every other hotel provides it even a hotel were we paid just £35 per night. The hotel was beautiful & food was delicious. We didn't like the whole QR code ordering as standard - was a hassle to get a physical menu as they seemed to be in short supply. The thai dance and yoga classes were not actually ever available during our stay despite the schedule showing as available. In the photo does it look like there is a Thai dance class at 11am on Tuesday? "

"This place makes you really feel that you’re on a vacation. The staff are warm, accommodating, and very respectful. My only minor concern are the mosquitoes it could be seasonal or year round in the island. Overall, I love my experience and will recommend it among my peers and family."

A tropical paradise

"Wow. What an amazing place to stay. Set in large grounds backing onto a gorgeous quiet tropical beach. The staff were all fantastic and friendly. Breakfast options were wide and varied with a fantastic view if sitting outside. So many areas to explore from the two large pools to the many sun (and shaded) areas. You can organise a Boat excursion to set off directly from beach - a great way to start your trip to the amazing islands nearby. Spent a couple of our days walking down the beach (either direction) and visiting the numerous other cafes, restaurants and bars which backed into the beach. "
