"Great location, very clean rooms, safe, walkable to food and convenient stores. Do be prepared to have 500bht for key deposit. Washer and dryer you can use between the hours of 10-7. Walls are thin so you can hear neighbors, but everyone was very respectful of noise level. We would stay again! "

"The pool is really good, food from Fresca restaurant was also good. Villas equipped with laundry room, dish washing machine, microwave, and big grill. All is good , clean, but villa looks tired and needs some cosmetic repair, and more attention on mosquitos which is everywhere. Beddings was not bad, but maybe also better. "The actual resort was far less than what the pictures portrayed on the website. Only thing that was good about the place was the staff who were very kind and helpful. The A/C did not work well, the mattresses were so hard might as well slept on the floor, food was so so. Spent as much time as we could away from the place.
