Fair Warning
Two warnings: this house is for sale so who knows how much longer you will be able to snag it. Also, the have active security cameras all around the exterior that were not disclosed. Several people in our party were VERY bothered by that. That means that we could all be watched in our bathing suits and that they could always know when we were gone from the house. Not cool. Other than that, we give this place an A+! It is a GREAT place for a large multi-generational family to stay. Everything was clean, the accommodations were wonderful, everything was in working order, the neighborhood was nice and quite, and the property management team was incredibly friendly and responsive. Last FYI - It's not close to anything particularly great/special (that we found), but we were good with spending a lot of our time at the house or at the local beach, marinas, and fishing docks.

Book it! Amazing VRBO
We came to Knoxville for a baseball camp at the university of Tennessee. This home was about :30 minutes from the campus and provided us with everything we needed during our 96-97 degree stay! After a long day of baseball camp, we were able to come back and enjoy the beautiful pool area for hours! Will stay again, if still available! Home was for sale though!

Wonderful House!!
This house is HUGE. It accommodated my entire extended family (6 adults and 4 kids). Everyone got a bed plus we had 2 extra beds. The pool is beautiful and was really fun. Everything is exactly as the ad states. We had a great time!

June much needed vacation.
A perfect home. Not only was this home awesome, so was the neighborhood. A very quiet area. It's located close to anything you might need and yet far enough out that you don't realize it. We have a couple issues, nothing major and Rock reacted immediately. There was no waiting. One of the best places we've ever stayed. I highly recommend this home. The pool, backyard was a perfect 10.

The bedding was dirty, towel had toothpaste in it, hair in the bedsheets, even after cleaning the master shower had black hair and soap scum in. It. Every room had issues of not being cleaned before our check in. After cleaning lady came and cleaned, it was much better. I expect an adjustment on what I payed for this facility.

Fantastic large fun home
The house was truly an amazing property. The photos were great, but the house was even better in person. The pool was beautiful, very clean, and felt very safe. We were a little nervous because we had young children, and there was no fence, but we were very easily able to keep them from going down the back steps. The house is wonderfully equipped. Lots of comfortable seating areas. Very spacious. We loved the air hockey table and ping-pong table! Beautiful location that enabled us to get to the Knoxville area attractions, Lake Loudoun, and smoky mountains national park, by car. The only downside is that we didn’t find anything really walkable from the house. However, we knew that, going into it, and we were happy to drive to our daily adventures. Just wanted to mention that in case it is important to people. Even jogging on the road is kind of tricky because there are no sidewalks nearby. But it’s only a 10 minute drive to a really cool lake area
