Very nice room. Bed was very comfortable very well appointed room. Full kitchen with dishes and dishwasher. Room was clean and furnishings were nice. Highly recommend.

Nice to have the kitchen. Although there was no forks. 2 spoons 2 knives zero forks. The property was a little hard to find there were no signs to turn at the entrance

The floors and bathroom in our room did not feel, smell, or look very clean. The floors definitely hadn’t been mopped between guests. The room amenities (full-size fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, utensils, etc) were nice for the weekend, but we worried about the cleanliness of the utensils. There is some noise from the interstate, but in all, we got what we paid for: an affordable place to stay for a Vols football weekend. Will not likely return, though.
