"Take expectations, and lower them a bit, the “apartment” is really a shed behind what looks like a haunted house. Nicely updated, but towels were stained, couch was dirty, and you may get splinters if you walk barefoot through the living room. Bed linens were clean, and bed was comfy, and it’s an up and coming neighborhood with plenty of dining options."

"Nice condo. Clean with convenient amenities. #1 aggravation was they only furnish thru streaming. No way to watch regular channels. Ie: Couldn’t watch Vols game or any other SEC football. They need to mention in their description that you must bring a fire stick to watch regular live TV. Had some concerns about the patio being unclean but they responded immediately & sent housekeeping. Nice place to stay, great accessibility to Market Square & Gay Street. Just OK for the price. "
