"10/10 for our overnight stay to use the nearby Snozone. Big room, comfy bed, incredible view, great breakfast (with even better view) and super helpful staff who made sure I was reunited with the credit cards I left behind in the safe. Highly recommended."

"Very convenient place to stay when visiting bicester village. I drove up from portsmouth with my daughter to have a shopping weekend and it all worked out well. The stay in the hotel was great, breakfast was varied and bedroom was immaculate. We liked the fact we had an iron and ironing board even though we had one night stay we still used it. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Tea coffee in the rooms was welcomed when we first arrived . Cant wait to stay again! "

"We never stayed in a hotel in the UK before this trip, always in B&Bs. This was a lovely stay. The reception was a large open sitting area adjacent to a dining room for breakfast. A small bar was open beside the reception desk. Each staff member was kind, courteous, and patient with Americans who were unfamiliar with cultural differences. Housekeeping was very thorough and came to our room every day to make our bed, even when we did not call them..We did not request towels but we were offered fresh towels after 3 days, most hospitable. Since we were there in December, we were concerned about the heating, but we needed not to worry. Since we are from the Southern USA, we get warm quickly, so we dialed back the heat in the rooms and asked for an extra sheet to add to the bed, separate from the duvet. I would suggest that facecloths be added to the regular towels. Also, hair conditioner must be added because the hard water makes combing difficult. The rooms were a good size, but we were staying for 10 days, and HIE had no storage for our clothing for that many days other than 5 hangers for 2 people. However, as the room has ample room at one end for a chest of drawers, might I suggest adding one, even if one must walk around the bed to open it? Is it not better to have inconvenient storage than no storage at all? Breakfast was good every day! We hoped to do laundry ourselves, but HIE contracts it. Over 2 quid to wash a pr of socks?! Umm, no."

"It was a totally different hotel experience - in a good way! We were greeted in a lovely lounge/bar by a friendly member of staff. Everything was very modern and fresh. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and retro decorated. Bed was sooooo comfortable! Overall a great stay."
